We are beekeepers and mead makers. Our past 7 years keeping bees have only deepened our respect for honey and our fascination with fermenting it.

Mead can be dry, sweet, still, bubbly, simple, or complex. We make our meads in our Commerce St. Winery and serve them 10 feet away in our tasting room.
